Who is this a good fit for?

Accepted Answer

Teams losing hours to repetitive ops, finance, support, or back-office work. Or businesses whose customers are starting to ask AIs instead of searching Google. Usually one of two problems: a workflow eating time, or a visibility problem you don't fully understand yet. If you don't know which, the first call sorts it out.

How do you price your projects?

Work happens in short sprints. Each sprint (usually two weeks) gets its own scope and fixed price before it starts. Each one ends in something you can use. Bigger engagements are just more sprints in a row. Stop after any of them. Once things settle, a monthly retainer usually makes more sense than another sprint. No billable hours, no year-long contracts. If the project runs AI in production (a chatbot, document pipeline, voice AI), the AI usage is billed separately as a monthly fee, scoped to expected volume and revised if volume grows. If a project isn't worth doing at all, you'll hear that on the first call, not halfway through a bill.

What is AIO and how is it different from SEO?

SEO's job is to get you a click. AIO's job is to get you an accurate mention inside the AI's answer, where the click may never happen at all. The techniques overlap a lot: structured data, clean HTML, clear headings. But the goal is different. As customers start asking ChatGPT or Perplexity where to eat, who to call, or which plumber to trust, AIO becomes the difference between being in the answer or not. Most businesses aren't set up for it yet.

Are AI agents actually booking through businesses yet?

Discovery already is. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini cite businesses in their answers every day. Direct booking through agents is earlier, but moving fast. OpenAI and Anthropic are rolling out agent action layers (MCP, custom tools, ChatGPT Apps) right now. The businesses that build agent-accessible endpoints today are the ones agents will default to when real booking volume shows up. For most SMBs the sensible move: ship AIO now, and wire up one or two high-value actions (booking, quoting, availability) via MCP while you're at it.

Do I need an MCP server to be AI-ready?

Probably not yet. Most of the value today is in AIO, because discovery still happens through web search. MCP and custom agent APIs start paying off when you've got a specific action worth automating. A booking flow, a quote generator, an account lookup. If you're not there yet, we'll say so. No point building a tool nobody's using.

Will I be locked into ongoing contracts?

No. Everything we build is yours to keep. The code, the documentation, the infrastructure. Ongoing support is available if you want it, never required.
